Phoenix Mountain "Yu Lan Xiang"
This Oolong tea is grown under meticulous conditions on China’s Phoenix Mountain in the Guangdong Province and is fired (to halt further oxidation of the tea leaves) in small batches. Phoenix Oolong is a hand-processed tea that offers floral aromas with hints of gardenia and magnolia. The sensory experience is complex with a lingering sweetness after each sip. This tea releases more of its awesome flavors and aromas with each successive steeping; some people re-steep it up to 8-10 times, thereby offering exceptional value and pleasurable sensory nuances with every steeping.
How to Brew this Tea:
Amount of Tea per 6 oz water – 1 heaping teaspoon
Water Temperature - 200º
Time of Steeping - 4-7 minutes
