This premium Long Jing (Dragon Well) is harvested in late March to Mid April in Hangzhou Zhejiang at an elevation of approximately 2625 feet. This high mountain organic tea hails from the organic tea garden of LinAn, about 60km west of the famed West Lake. It's processed used the classic Long Jing pan frying process resulting in a distinct roasted bean and orchid-like flavor. Very mellow and sweet, this early harvest is anxiously awaited each year for its premium flavor.
