Bi Luo Chun "Erji"
Bi Luo Chun “Erji” is unique and valued for its tightly rolled leaf style. The name, Bi Luo Chun, means “Snail Spring” because the rolled leaves look like little snails. Our "Erji" is on of the top grades of this tea and hails from the Xjejian province where the cultivated tea bushes grow amidst fruit treas and produce teas with fragrant, floral notes. This delicate tea is very green in color and has a pleasing, fresh taste. Great care must be taken to ensure the tea is not steeped with water that is too hot, or for too long. The delicate leaves can become stewed easily, so be sure to pay attention to the brewing details in order to create the best cup of tea.
How to Brew this Tea:
Amount of Tea per 6 oz water – 1 teaspoon
Water Temperature - 170º
Time of Steeping - 2-3 minutes
