Growing organically in the high mountains of Anhui Province, this refined black tea shows the craftsmanship of the tea roller with uniform, slender, tightly rolled leaves. The leaves are oxidized in the sun and turn a deep, black color with just a hint of the golden tips. The reddish liquor offers a slight rose aroma and there’s a slight smokiness to the taste, but a clean, bright finish reminiscent of caramel and honey.
