This magical Oolong tea is named after the illustrious ‘snowman’ that is rumored to roam the foothills of Sandakphu; the high mountain Himalaya region between Nepal and India. This relatively new artisan tea required several years of research and close work with local farmers refining the tea cultivars. The leaves reveal a dark green luster, resembling the spring pine forests of the region early in the morning. Oxidized longer than many oolongs (60%), Wild Yeti Oolong puts forth a rich caramel color and the taste of sweet, aged wild honey. This earthy Oolong is smooth, sweet and pure.
How to Brew this Tea:
Amount of Tea per 6 oz water – 1 teaspoon
Water Temperature - 190º
Time of Steeping - 2-3 minutes
