Our Lemon Mint Herbal Tea is bright and refreshing, caffeine free and a great way to hydrate on a warm day. It has a wonderful blend of tart, sweet and cool mint flavors that comprise this lively herbal tea.

Ingredients: Peppermint (organic), Spearmint (organic), Chamomile (organic), Strawberry Leaf (organic), Lemongrass (organic), Lemon Balm (wildcrafted).

How to Brew this Tea:
Amount of Tea per 8 oz water – 1 heaping teaspoon
Water Temperature - 212º
Time of Steeping - 4-10 minutes

Iced Tea: Brew as above and chill or double the amount of tea and pour over a full glass of ice.
