Baihao Yinzhen, or White Hair Silver Needle is a Chinese white tea made from only the top buds of the Da Bai (Big White) varietal. Grown in Fujian, China at high altitudes in cool climates, the plants are blanketed in mist encouraging nutrients to be stored in the leaves. The result is a beautiful, complex cup that has been enjoyed for centuries

The pale almond colored liquor is introduced by light, floral and nutty aromas. The palate is fresh and complex, with a buttery finish. Light notes of Jasmine introduce full, nutty midtones, ending with a light touch of spice.
