At The Boulder Tea Company, we believe that your personal information is just that- Personal! We guarantee that we will not share any of your personal information with any other company. While we do store your name and address for our customer database, we maintain sole ownership of this information and we will not share, sell or rent our findings to third parties.
When you place an order online at The Boulder Tea Company, we request only the information we need to fill your order. This information includes your full name, shipping and billing addresses, telephone number, email address, and credit card number.
The information you provide will be used to process your order and improve your shopping experience with us. Once you have placed your order, and our credit card company verifies your credit card, we will send you an email confirming your order.
We may periodically email you with special sales notices, notification of special teas or offers, or special events. In the event that you do not wish to receive these emails, you may email us back at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will immediately remove your name from our customer email list.
All of our products come with our Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item, simply call us at 303-817-7057, or email us at email@example.com within 30 days of your order, and we will gladly replace it, exchange it, or refund your money (we can refund shipping costs only if the item is returned as a result of our error.) Returns are processed upon our receiving the merchandise back to us. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
We ship using the United States Postal Service First Class/Priority mail. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays when the post office is closed. Orders may require 1-3 working days for processing. Estimated delivery time once your order has been processed and shipped is 1-3 working days. This time frame is not guaranteed. You may request express mail overnight shipping or UPS, in the "special instructions" box during checkout and your card will be charged the additional postage once we have contacted you to get authorization to charge the additional amount. Orders outside of the United States are shipped air parcel with the post office and will require additional postage and extended shipping times. Your card will be charged for the additional postage.
