Persian Peppermint™ (Moroccan Mint)
Tightly rolled Chinese green tea balls resembling old-world gunpowder is enhanced and enlivened with high-oil content organic peppermint and spearmint grown in the Pacific Northwest. It is a superb before or after meal beverage accompaniment to clear the head and settle the stomach. This traditional tea of Morocco is often sipped in tall, thin glass teacups with plenty of sugar – or not.
How to Brew this Tea:
Amount of Tea per 6 oz water – 1 teaspoon
Water Temperature - 180º
Time of Steeping - 3-4 minutes
Iced Tea: Brew as above and chill or double the amount of tea and pour over a full glass of ice.
