It starts with hand-plucked white tea (Pai Mu Tan) grown at high altitudes amidst the clouds in the Wuyi Mountains of China. Delicate petals of rose, sunflower, osmanthus, safflower and cornflower make it an elegant bouquet, and delightfully decadent. How to Brew this Tea:

Bring fresh cold water to a rolling boil and allow it to cool to about 185°. Place 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose tea for each 7-9 oz of water into the teapot, and pour in the water. Cover and let steep for 3-7 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea).
