High Mountain Jin Xuan Oolong

The leaves are tightly rolled showing off a forest green color with hints of sage. Once steeped the two leaves and bud can be unfurled to reveal large, dark green leaves. The size, shape and color are all consistent with what one can expect to find in Taiwanese oolongs. The dry aroma is light, and floral introducing a beautiful steep.

The pale yellow liquor has a sweet, creamy aroma with fresh floral notes. The flavor is nuanced with touches of sweet cherry, a light toastedness, and a delicate touch of the classic rich flavor of Milk Oolong. It finished with a velvety mouth feel letting the light flavors linger on each breath.
