Genmaicha means brown rice tea. Toasted and partially puffed rice is blended with larger-leaf Sencha tea. Then the leaves are ‘dusted’ with premium Matcha….a super tasty and healthy tea fantastic with a meal (especially fish and veggies) or on its own.

How to Brew this Tea:
Amount of Tea per 6 oz water – 1 heaping teaspoon
Water Temperature - 180º
Time of Steeping - 2-3 minutes
