This competition, Grade A Oolong is grown in Taiwan’s Bamboo Mountains in Nantou County at an altitude of over 1800 feet. Hand harvested, the delicate top 2-3 leaves are ball rolled and dried before firing; lightly roasted which imparts a marvelous, distinctive, toasty, woodsy flavor and aroma. The tea is partially oxidized - - approximately 15-20%. It is a highly aromatic, green Oolong with a striking floral scent reminiscent of honeysuckle and gardenia with a hint of earthiness. The liquor is medium-bodied, sweet and refreshing, leaving a lingering aftertaste.

Time of Steeping - 4-7 minutes
