Dewdrop Darjeeling Black Tea

We have tested many different Darjeeling teas to find a selection that is a true representation of 2nd Flush Darjeelings. This incredible selection comes from the revered tea gardens of the Gopaldhara Estate in India, which produces some of the best selections the region has to offer. This incredible 2nd Flush tea makes a perfect addition to any connoisseurs rotation.

The dry leaves are dark, and russetted, with golden tones from the bai hao. They are delicately rolled into semi uniform strands. The aroma is bright, and smooth. After steeping the leaves become a more uniform reddish color robust, balanced, lighty floral aroma. The steeped brew is amber colored with a red hue. It smells smooth, and floral. The flavor starts rich and creamy, giving way to delicate, floral midtones, with smooth, mildly astringent finish.
