Japanese tea plants are grown between 3000 feet to 3500 feet in elevation in the north-eastern region of India. Situated in the foothills of the Himalayan Mountains the area receives heavy rainfalls between June and September, during the South Asian monsoon season.
The bright, yellow tinted liquor has light floral aromas with notes of citrus. The herbaceous palate is balanced with flavors of candied lemon. The bright flavors settle into a rich, aromatic finish.
