Regular price $23.25Our 2025 First Flush Darjeeling comes from the Gopaldhara Estate in India. Spring Blossom is an elegant example of fine Darjeeling tea. It was harvested on the 7th of February, 2025 from the B157 Cultivar grown in the Rohini Garden between 1500-3000 feet in elevation. Enjoy this showcase of light floral flavors and deep savory notes to impress your friends and family.
The dry leaves are dark, with bright sage accents and are lightly twisted allowing minimal, natural oxidation during processing. The steeped leaves have a bold, savory aroma highlighting the uniqueness of this seasonal selection. As the seasons change winter nutrient stores are released from the roots to promote the leaves to grow. This helps to cultivate some of the best teas in the world and makes Spring a time of celebration for tea drinkers globally.
Once steeped the brew has a muted, golden tone giving off a smooth rich aroma. The flavor is robust and complex with nutty notes followed by savory hints of stewed tomato finishing with a crisp, floral accent.
