Translated "Jewel Dew," this green tea is made from the leaf tips plucked during the first flush, or season. These leaves are from bushes cultivated in deep shade, harvested only once a year. Before the harvest, the bushes are covered with straw shades to slow their growth.The flat, sharply pointed leaves produce a very green cup with a vegetal flavor. The result is an exquisite tea with mellow flavors.

How to Brew this Tea: 
Amount of Tea per 6 oz water – 1 heaping teaspoon
Water Temperature - 140º (first signs of steam)
Time of Steeping - 1.5 minutes
