This premium oolong tea has a complex aroma and flavor profile that evolves steep by steep. Early steepings are bold, and rich with prominent notes of brioche, complimented by fresh floral and grassy notes, and a bright touch of granite. Later steepings offer a more balanced mix of flavors, good for several steepings depending on your brewing method. Enjoy this selection with all of your guests as it's an approachable step into premium teas.

The dry leaves are a dark forest green with spots of sage. They are tightly curled, gnarled, and bunched into small non uniform pellets. Once steeped the leaves take on a more consistent color, and reveal the toothy, jagged edges from the oxidation process.

The liquor is a clear, pale yellow with a light reddish tint. The aroma is smooth, and rich leading to a full bodied, complex flavor ending with a lush finish. Bright notes of granite lead to umami, grassy, and woody mid tones, with a rich touch of brioche.
