Jin Xuan oolong was discovered in 1981. It took 21 years of researching & developing to perfect this tea strain. It's often prized for its "creamy" flavors and is often called "Milk Oolong"
Our Jin Xuan is grown with natural farming techniques by the Huang Family on the Bamboo Mountain in Nantou county. Tightly ball-rolled, it is hand harvested in April and November and is only lightly oxidized (about 10-20%) and lightly roasted.
