China Sencha is grown in China and processed using the Japanese steaming technique to preserve color and flavor, and halt oxidation. The sweet, nutty flavors of the tea are complimented by the fruity pineapple, and enhanced with an herbal touch from the ginger and ginseng.
A yellow tinted cup has a sweet, candy-like aroma. The flavor is lightly herbaceous, with a touch of spice to finish. Tope notes of pineapple lead to nutty mid tones, finished with end notes of ginger.
